1:1 coaching
Career coaching, three months at a time
Most of us were never taught how to dream. We were taught how to be reasonable, how to be responsible, and how to wait until we were sure. Nobody sat us down and showed us how to make a brave decision.
That is the skill. Not certainty — bravery is what you use instead of certainty. And it is learnable.
When I was in the middle of my own transition, I asked myself the same question every day: what would I do if I weren't afraid? Clarity turned out to be enough to move on.
What you get
- A clear arc for your path over three months
- Regular coaching sessions with room for real life in between
- Practices that keep you honest, grounded, and moving
- Forest sessions woven through the work — not bolted on as an extra
How the months unfold
Most coaching clears first and dreams later — fix what is broken, then go after what you want. We reverse that. Month one, we find what you actually want. Month two, we clear what stands in the way — finite now, because there is a destination. Month three, you start living from it while still uncertain. And every month we go into the forest, because the vision does not come from your head alone.
Creating a fulfilling career does not require starting over. Alignment is not always an exit — more often it is a renegotiation, and the courage to open it.
“I always felt remarkably seen by Sīla — she knew what to say, how to pace me, and guided me exactly where I wanted to go. Our work uncovered blind spots in my self-worth as a professional and built real confidence in what I can do. I've since raised my rates, signed a client at the new rate, and I finally know what I want to build next.”
— Katrina “Before working with Sīla, I felt overwhelmed and burnt out, unsure how to move forward in my job. During our sessions, she created a space where I felt truly heard while also gently challenging me to look at patterns I hadn't been able to see on my own. She pairs empathy and compassion with honesty, and I always left our conversations with practical insights I could apply. Through our work together, Sīla connected me with someone in the field I want to move into, and I took the brave step to follow up and meet with that professor. Even when I got a no at work, it felt good to express myself. I'm proud that I had those conversations, can see a bigger future, and I'm in a higher position than before — this time with more support, more space, and more income.”
— Maggie “I was skeptical. I worried that branding myself meant sacrificing authenticity. Sīla was patient and met me where I was, helping me work through it in a way that felt true to me. My biggest result was something I didn't expect: a genuine vision for long-term client relationships. I went from mostly doing one-off or a few sessions with clients, to building a 3 month package where they could experience much deeper transformation. That's what will sustain my livelihood and let my work have its full impact.”
