Sīla Wolf

Every quest needs a guide who's walked the path themselves — and Sīla has walked a few. Long before she was leading forest wanderings and mythic career sessions, she was chasing the science of it: earning her Master's in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the first programs in the world built to study what actually makes people flourish. Then came the years in the trenches — steering people through real crises, running retreats at a meditation monastery, sitting with students in their hardest chapters. She learned, over and over, that the answers people were searching for were rarely missing. They were just buried under the noise. So she went looking for something quieter than advice. She found it in the old stories — the ones where the hero never sets out alone, never without guidance — and in the forest itself. Now an ANFT-certified Forest Therapy Guide, she's led fellow travelers through the woods from Orange County to the International Positive Psychology Association's World Congress in Brisbane, always at elven pace, always trusting the ground beneath the noise. Whether you're stepping into the forest with her or sitting down to map your next chapter, Sīla isn't here to hand you a map someone else drew. She's here to walk beside you while you remember the one you're already carrying.
